So, for a while now, there's a very odd screen flickering bug while running in fullscreen. I've tried multiple DX levels (started at 8.0, and tried everything up to 9.5), multiple system restarts, everything. It just doesn't seem to go away. I have a video of it, but it's been recorded with an actual camera, as screenshots and screen recorders can't seem to pick it up.Any help with this problem would be very helpful. This makes the game almost unplayable, as it intensifies when in-game or even on the 'pause' screen in-game.
